Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provide confidential administrative support Senior Leaders in the Store Operations Department; represent CVS/pharmacy professionally in dealings with internal and external business partners.

The responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Coordinate SVP and AVP Ops meetings - including agenda management, pre-read distribution, and event setup Coordinate department events - including team meetings, community service events, and social events Coordinate travel arrangements using Expedia Corporate Travel, complete expense reports, schedule meetings, gather data and generate presentations and reports.
Update and maintain established databases to support departmental programs and functions.
Maintain department organizational charts and personnel data in compliance with CVS Records Retention Policy, S.O.X., and HIPAA requirements.
Work closely with other department administrative assistants.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience with Senior management or above

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years previous administrative experience preferred.
Associate’s degree or post-high school training in the business field desirable.
Proven ability to handle confidential information is strongly preferred
Prior experience working with Visio, Adobe, Ariba, Access, and PeopleSoft

Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
Proven ability to accomplish multiple projects of varying priorities independently with minimal supervision and perform to deadline.
Proven ability to exercise discretion, use independent judgment.
Demonstrated ability to interact, network and problem solve with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, accurate and professional manner verbally and in writing, using superior grammar skills.
Strong problem-solving skills

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
