Job DescriptionWe have an exciting new opportunity onour Pharmaceutical Reporting team! In this new opportunity, you will design and develop reports delivered to our pharmaceutical partners.
You will be involved in a number of activities that include:
Delivering high quality work in the design, development and testing of reports.
Focus efforts on specialty pharmacy program reporting and data projects required in support of contractual commitments.
You will partner with IT and internal Pharma Reporting Business System Leads to identify and execute deliverables based on project scope.
You will also partner with colleagues to resolve production related issues for end users and/or clients.
This includes investigation into reporting issues, and making code corrections as needed.
You will take part in contract reviews, negotiations, and contract edits as related to data obligations and will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Specialty Data Mart.
Your leadership skills will help you in supporting/coaching other colleagues that are part of the project team to learn and apply skills directly tied to the project life cycle.
You will also develop into the application subject matter expert, providing guidance to more junior staff on system capabilities and improvements
You will use a consultative approach to ensure our internal and external client’s needs are being met and you may be involved in support colleagues in training or working sessions to support internal / external clients.
Required QualificationsTo be considered, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years of SQL, PL/SQL programming experience and relational database skills in a professional services environment.
Your experience will also consist of 5 years of experience in application development, data management, reporting and analytics.
Your 5 years of experience with technical knowledge of data processing and data warehousing strategies will be important in this role.
Your technical “toolbox” will also need to consist of 5 of years of experience with analytical data tools for analysis including Oracle, Teradata, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, MS Access, Excel, Tableau or MicroStrategy
Preferred QualificationsSpecialty Pharmacy Dispensing Technology or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience Programming experience with other languages such as SAS and VBA
Experience with Data Integration tools such as Informatica
EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
