As a Bi-Lingual Call Center Representative you will be providing service and information to customers regarding all types of inquiries related to CVS.com and refill reminder services. You will also support programs to increase revenue, generate sales and conserve existing assets. You will respond and research CVS.com requests from customers via telephone and e-mail, and accurately complete and submit all types of CVS.com orders as well as record notes to customer accounts to provide detailed account history.

Regular shift would be 2:30pm-11pm M-F rotating weekends shift is 12:30pm-9pm Saturday and Sunday and some holidays.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance with website navigation and placing CVS.com and Photo web orders.
- Providing company and product information following defined policies and procedures to provide a consistent level of excellent customer service.
- Following-up with local CVS stores to ensure script is ready as promised when necessary.
- Specialty programs such as surveys, promotional sales, and store follow up calls.
- Efficiently accessing multiple electronic systems and LAN/PC to provide complete response.
- You will need to have a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a customer service role or call center experience required
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Bi-Lingual Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications
- Retail/Call Center experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting quality image of CVS Caremark
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers





Education
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
