The Senior Director of Beauty Experience & Services is responsible for leading the development,execution, and impact of a transformational customer vision and strategic priorities to achieve this vision for a multi-billion dollar business, under the supervision of the Vice President of Beauty, Personal Care, Photo & MoneyServices and overseeing a team of Directors and Category Managers.

The Senior Director of BeautyExperience & Service will be responsible for partnering very closelywith executive leadership, category managers, brand partners, and key cross-functionalpartners to build, align on and execute a three-year strategic vision forBeauty & Personal Care (including new store concepts), in a way thatinspires our beauty customers, differentiates us from competition, andstrengthens the CVS Pharmacy brand. Inthis role, you will lead new brand recruitment and activation (as well as transformationalinnovation with existing brand partners) for the strategic projects. Inaddition, you will oversee the Beauty Service program, which involves closepartnership with our field leaders to achieve joint performance goals as wellas the identification, evaluation and execution of new service opportunities tofulfill the strategic vision. Youwill spearhead the complex, cross-functionalexecution of the strategic vision and priorities, including the overalloperational plan with performance measures to ensure excellence in executionand business case to achieve budgeted sales, margin, and market share goals. The Senior Director of BeautyExperience & Service will build and develop a high performing team,providing timely and constructive feedback which place colleagues on a path tosuccess while meeting overall business objectives.

Theposition operates within the Merchandising department and will collaborate witha broad range of functions, including CategoryManagement, Store Brands, Inventory, Front Store Strategy, Store Operations,Store Design, Marketing/PR, Finance and external brand partners.

Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in a retail or at a
beauty brand or consulting role to companies in these sectors (in a strategy,
merchandising, category management or store brand position)
· Willingness
to travel 10 – 25%

Preferred Qualifications
· 15+ years of experience in a retail or at a
beauty brand or consulting role to companies in these sectors (in a strategy, merchandising,
category management or store brand position)

· Omni-channel

· Leadership
over multiple teams

· Appreciation for beauty and depth of insight
into what moves the beauty customer and how to engage with brand partners to
drive excitement, major innovation, and inspirational execution

· Proven
track record of driving transformational performance through the implementation
of innovative strategies to drive significant sales and margin

· Demonstrated leadership, strategy and innovation
capabilities, as well as the ability to facilitate and influence executive
leadership in decision-making

· Customer-led mindset and
data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making

· Ability to lead execution and drive results,
collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams

· Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and
motivate large, high-performing teams

· Strong communication (written and oral) and
presentation skills

· BA/BS from leading institution
· MS Degree or MBA preferred
