CVS Health is looking for a talented and agile leader to enhance our understanding of the digital consumer.
The Senior Manager of Digital Customer Analytics will lead a dedicated analytics team focused on driving automated
insights and optimizing the value of our digital tools across the entire customer experience (online and offline).
This role will be part of an Enterprise Analytics team that enhances the corporate understanding of the CVS Pharmacy ® retail customer and measures the efficacy of marketing initiatives.

This high-profile, newly created role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and data strategists
in creating data frameworks, developing customer-centric reporting and analyzing actionable trends in digital customer data. The ideal candidate will have an advanced analytics background with a passion for digital technology and data.


Lead and develop a team of 4 – 5 data analysts and data strategists in supporting the organization’s understanding of the digital consumer across multiple business units Work with leaders across the CVS Digital team to define requirements and priorities for digital customer analytics

Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business questions and propose analytical solutions that provide actionable insights on digital customer behavior
Drive digital customer segmentation and targeting optimization leveraging advanced analytics applied to the digital data environment
Ensure consistency and reliability in data, metrics, analytics and interpretation of insights related to the digital customer Collaborate on data and reporting requirements to guide development of data environment that enables analytics and reporting of digital customer activity, engagement and value
Partner with other areas of Enterprise Analytics to incorporate digital requirements in enterprise data
structures and reporting tools

Oversee the development of customer-centric reporting that enables a richer understanding of digital customer behavior Create and deliver impactful presentations for mid-level and senior-level audiences

Required Qualifications
degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or
related field;

5+years working in analytics with a track record of delivering insights and business impact
Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression analysis and ROI measurement
Expertise using data analysis and visualization tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and Tableau
Experience with large datasets and relational databases
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail
Experience managing others in an fluid, highly matrixed environment
Experience managing confidential and sensitive corporate data and information
Experience overseeing compliance with data privacy and security policies

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Data Science or Analytics is strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field; Advanced degree in Data Science or Analytics is strongly preferred
