This is a top initiative within the company and we have a team dedicated to recruiting the best talent in the world to help propel us to this goal. The company has already invested in state-of-the-art technology and scaling of our loyalty program, now we are focused on optimizing our customer contact strategy. We are looking for the best and brightest to in our existing Analytics team and help deliver on this initiative.
The Director of Strategic Analytics will be leading efforts to drive customer value by building, and implementing, innovative strategies rooted in data & analytics. In this role you'll manage a portfolio of “customer investments” and develop associated business KPIs, this will include developing 1:1 offer strategies and implementing them across an array of multi-channel personalized programs to drive short and long term customer value. You’ll be partnering with a team of analysts and data scientists developing, and codifying, analytics based targeting rules & recommendations (i.e., models/logic). Additionally, you’ll work with Digital/IT and execution teams to integrate these recommendations into programs through best-in-class CRM systems, tools and processes – i.e., “rules engine". This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of business, strategy & analytics. Successful candidate will be deeply passionate about customer with proven abilities spanning strategy development, analytics portfolio management & delivery, project/process & stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, business KPI management and executive communication. This position is based out of our Woonsocket, RI office and will report to Sr. Director of Loyalty & Personalization, with consistent exposure to VP levels.
-Build Personalized Investment Strategy to help drive 1:1 offer/incentive portfolio – including establishing strategic segment priorities, willingness to invest, opportunity analysis/sizing, KPI development & reporting, managing return-on-investment
-Design and develop go-to-market plans and partner with program team to deliver new and existing offers across a broad set of personalized programs/tactics
-Partner with analytics counterparts – i.e., Advanced Analytics and Program Optimization teams
to develop and implement models & solutions tying them against customer strategies and execution plans
-Partner with cross functional teams helping them interpret and implement strategies and solutions (models/rules) into programs and CRM systems/tools – including agile test & learn campaigns, data platform, rules engine, campaign management tool
-Manage a team of 1-2 analysts (or vendor resources) leveraging advanced analytics tools such as SQL and/or SAS to uncover insights in customer behavior and business profitability - provide guidance, training and motivation as necessary for their professional development.
-Accountable for execution and delivery of multiple analytical projects in a fast paced environment – including analytic & business problem solving, approach & methodology, project & process management
-Prepare and deliver high quality presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement, and communicates with Sr. leadership in a top down manner
-Support Leadership in creating and managing analytical priorities, roadmap, portfolio project plan and executive communication
