Job DescriptionCVS Health is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team! The IT Senior Director is ultimately accountable for the technology that is delivered by CVS to support the Office of PBM IT Technology. The role consults with CVS Technology Leaders and drives various process creation and deliverables.
As a leader within the IT organization you will participate in solution review and provide feedback to the team to ensure the solution meets the needs and intent. You must have the ability to drive technology teams to deliver solutions using existing processes and also the ability to determine what processes need to be enhanced. You will review various processes to identify potential gaps as well as partner with the IT department and applicable internal IT resources to address any gaps. You will be overall accountable for various initiatives that include cost savings, capital management and leading / coordinating leadership meetings.
This role will participate in various IT calls to answer questions and provide updates regarding IT solutions and assess and escalate issues and risks that need to be addressed by leaders. You will prepare for, collect all information and present at the weekly leadership meeting with CVS executives. The ability to multi-task and manage to aggressive deliverable dates is a must!
Minimum of 12+ years of leadership experience in a matrix organization spanning technical, leadership and project management disciplines.
Minimum of 10+ years in a IT service delivery or IT implementation project management role
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare or PBM IT systems role
Minimum of 5 years of systems security knowledge with strong understand of HIPPA compliance within IT SystemsPreferred QualificationsAbility to mentor IT Project Owners to expand their capabilities for growth within the organization
