Job Description
As a Trade Relations Advisor, you will assist in contract negotiating during the development, implementation,execution, performance monitoring and issue resolution with all contracts and services. While the contract is in development, you will work alongside Contract Analyst and develop contract language in regards to infusion services.

During the implementation phase, you will serve as the liaison between Trade, Contract Administration, Pharma Procurement and Operations to implement and deliver on agreed upon services within the contract, data build, from the trade perspective, and deliverables,monitor performance, monitor rebates, monitor adhering to committed timelines,proactively identity issues and problem solve.

You will create a process to continually monitor contracts to measure that we are achieving the maximum financial value that the contract was underwritten for and create solutions or process where there are issues of under performance. You will support and represent Trade on initiatives as they arise.

This position will be based in Denver, CO.


Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience including:
-Prior contracting, negotiating, finance or procurement experience

-
Experience in rebate, service or performance contracts
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications
-Infusion business experience.
-
Healthcare experience.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and One Note.

Ability to work independently and recognize opportunity to improve processes and identify and resolve problems.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
-
High standard of professionalism and integrity.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
