Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Finance, for Coram INF. This is a fast-paced environment. This position requires a professional who has initiative, strong judgment, is well-organized, efficient, adaptable and has a strong work ethic. This position will be based at our Finance Shared Services Center located in Phoenix, AZ.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Maintaining calendars, meeting arrangements, conference calls and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Arrange travel accommodations and expense report processing.

  • Assist with planning and scheduling meetings and special events for staff.

  • Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with new hire processing and IT requests.
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs as needed.
  • May support Coram billing and collections daily functions as needed.
  • Performs any and all other duties/functions as deemed necessary.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of experience in an administrative/office manager role in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette
  • Strong planning & organizing skills,
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet day to day needs
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with regard to confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision
  • Healthcare background preferred but not required.
