At CVS/Caremark, the IT Business Analyst, Senior plays a role in Business Problem Solving and has the ability to take ambiguous, complex business problems using research plus business assessment capabilities to define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the requirements, and recommend actionable next steps. The team is looking for a self-driven individual with very strong business analysis skills to drive technology solutions aligned with CVS/Caremark's business strategies. Play a role in Business Problem Solving and take ambiguous, complex business problems using research plus business assessment capabilities to define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the requirements, and recommend actionable next steps. Drive technology solutions aligned with CVS/Caremark's business strategies. Required Qualifications- 5+ years in an IT Business Analysis Role
- 5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements
- 5+ years experience in facilitating design discussions
- 5+ years experience in an SDLC environment Preferred QualificationsThree or more years preferred experience in the following areas:
- Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare industry; PBM and/or RxCLAIM experience
- Experience with claim adjudication
- Experience leading JAD sessions
- Previous Team Lead experience
- Medicare/Medicaid Programs
- Business Process Modeling
-Communicates effectively with business clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
-Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen business and IT relationships.
-Manages business and IT expectations effectively.
-Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously
-Experience in working in a release-based mode
- CBAP certification EducationHigh School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience OR Bachelors Degree Business Overview
