CVS Health is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Audit – Senior Manager to join the CVS Health Quality Assurance Department that has over 50 years of experience from Laboratory, to Manufacturing, to Auditing. As the QA Audit – Senior Manager, you will primarily be focused in consumables (foods), and general merchandise items and will also assist with other types of audits such as over the counter (OTC) drug, medical device, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical foods. You will have the opportunity to oversee the supplier qualifications for different sites and work very closely with the CVS Health Director of Product and Facility Assurance in a highly collaborative, competing priorities environment.

You must have the hands on experience with RCA, CAP and quality auditing experience in manufacturing within non-regulated and (GMP) regulated areas. This is a great opportunity to become proficient in all product areas related to auditing and RCA/CAPA. Training and certifications will be required in order to be proficient in all product areas related to auditing. This is a strong entry point into the QA department that could yield an opportunity for you to successfully transition into the lead role for the auditing program.

This role is based in our Corporate Headquarters in Woonsocket, RI. You must be willing to travel approximately 15% of the time, including international and domestic travel.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of full time QA auditing experience (food and drug industry)
* 5+ years of experience performing Root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective action plan reviews.
* 1+ years of Hands on experience with Process Validation (PV) and system verification related to RCA/CAP
* 5+ years of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audit experience (Knowledge of GMP requirements, 21CFR110, 211, supplier management, supplier quality, GFSI and quality assurance)
* You must be able to travel both domestically and internationally about 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
* 8+ years of full time QA auditing experience (food and drug industry)
* Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) OR Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC)

* Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field required.
