Job Description
The purpose of this position will be in part to administer Facility Programs which are recurring maintenance services of CVS properties. Example programs include; waste removal, interior cleaning, pharmacy confidential waste, pest control, and other recurring maintenance services. The role will be solely responsible for managing the assigned program(s) and will take direction from the Program Manager. This position will also manage the budget of the assigned program(s), forecast and own the financials.

The second, larger part of this role will perform analytical reporting for multiple programs. This position will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third party vendors, performing comprehensive business reviews and financial analysis. At times, this position will manage projects, pilots and request for proposals alongside the Program Manager. Experience managing vendors and direct reports to achieve company goals or intended results. The ability to develop projects, guide them to completion, while working with multiple stakeholders who may or may not have the same interests in a professional manner. Additional project assignments will also be assigned to the Program Analyst as needed.

Required Qualifications
2+ years related experience in property, project management, vendor or program management.
2+ years of analytics experience (Recognizing/measuring KPI's, budgeting and forecasting skills)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Property or Vendor Management software preferred but not required
Experience with AP software preferred but not required
Bachelors - Business Admin, Project Management preferred
Previous management experience specifically w/ vendors and direct reports
Effectively manages multiple medium to large projects
Excellent presentation and people skills
Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
