Job Description -Manages the coordination, planning, and implementation of new and remodel construction projects for the Enterprise.
-Coordinates and implements new construction through development of the project budgets and schedules, management of construction documentation, coordination to obtain permits, bidding, contract review, change order resolution and construction administration.
-Implements remodel construction for various scopes identified for the retail and non-retail environment, including budget and schedule management, coordination of construction personnel, reporting and project closeout.
Required Qualifications -8 to 10 years experience in all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs.
-Ability to Manage multiple projects ranging in size and complexity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead others and work with cross-functional teams
-Must be a self-starter with good communication skills and ability to work in Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft project management. Preferred Qualifications- Proven work experience in construction management
-Working knowledge of construction management software packages
-Excellent time and project management skills
Education -BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
