Job DescriptionAs the Benefits Testing Advisor you will capture the pain areas from the benefit testing team; understand the area of improvements and standardization that is required. You will collaborate with the team to make the project development phase successful. As the Benefits Testing Advisor you will facilitate Clinical testing and end to end of the tools that are developed and assess the productivity improvements and report it to the leadership and ensure processes meet internal and client audits. You will build strong internal and external partnerships and facilitate across different work groups and collaborate with Benefits and Implementation colleagues to ensure all parties understand and implement the tools that are needed for accurate benefit plan testing. As the Benefits Testing Advisor you will actively participate on client calls and demonstrate the testing capabilities to gain more confidence from the client. Additionally in this role you will develop process improvement initiatives in support of department efficiencies and pinpoint areas of opportunity and training needs. You will consult and mentor colleagues in performing benefit plan set ups and testing in support of client requirements. Required Qualifications* 3+ years of experience working on Health Plan Benefit Structures is required, within a healthcare industry. * 3+ years of experience in healthcare documentation, resource requirements.
* SME in Client Benefit testing required
* 2+ years PBM background required
* 2+ experience with RXcaimsPreferred Qualifications* Experience with SQL and Queries is preferred. * Pharmacy Degree and certification is desired.EducationBachelor’s degree is required.Business Overview
