Job DescriptionAs a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible to support and maintain Specialty applications critical to the operation of CVS Health. Senior Analyst will be responsible for resolving production issues within the SLA and ensure continuity to business operations. The candidate must have a sharp focus on platform stability, quality of service, continuous improvement and risk mitigation. The role involves troubleshooting system issues creatively and driving to actionable root causes.
Your responsibilities will include:
∙ You will ensure application availability and resolving reported incidents with SLAs.
∙ You will be responsible for performing IT incident response, triage and root-cause analysis, while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation support, as needed, during off-hours.
∙ You will offer resolution to application problems using your domain expertise.
∙ Addressing live production issues, identifying application data issues and documenting the root cause for resolutions.
Required Qualifications∙ 3+ years of experience with C# .NET/ Visual Studio, WCF/Web Services, SQLServer
Preferred Qualifications∙ 3+ years of Service Delivery support or programming using windows based technologies
∙ 3+ years of experience with BizTalk, EDI Transactions, Windows Server - Experience with high-volume scalable environments.
∙ Experience in Healthcare Industry or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and/or Specialty background.
∙ Good communication skills are required to facilitate effective partnering with both technical and business audiences.
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required, one additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
