As a member of the Assets, Analytics and Insights Applications Team, the Application Advisor will act as the liaison between the Asset Protection business units and both enterprise IT teams and Third Party vendors within a fast paced environment. You will play an integral role in enterprise projects and lead Asset Protection specific projects. You will perform requirements gathering, system analysis, data analysis, functional design, and data quality improvements and work closely with Asset Protection end users, IT teams, and enterprise cross-functional teams to maintain current IT applications and enhance our applications.

You will need to display effective communication skills to deliver application reviews, to lead project status meetings and to perform end user training. The ability to multitask, work on multiple projects and initiatives at one time in a dynamic, tight deadline driven environment is crucial to be successful in this role.


Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT environment with Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data -Analysis, Application Development work or relevant professional work experience

- Experience with business end users gathering requirements and translating those requirements into technical specifications and solution

- Prior project management experience

- Experience of working through the entire application life cycle process

- Experience with documentation templates and tools to bring together business processes and data/information flows

- Advanced knowledge of Access, Excel, Word


Preferred Qualifications
- LPC or LPQ certification a plus

- Familiarity of big data and business intelligence tools such as OBIEE/Tableau/ Data Labs

- SQL preferred


Education
- Bachelors degree or High School Diploma/GED with adequate work experience in lieu of degree.
