As an Operational Data Analyst you will be a key strategic member of a team that provides metrics, runs key application processes and builds automation tools for daily Client Services DMR claims processing as well as defining future direction. This position runs daily processes, create and manage member correspondence templates through our Pitney Bowes application. The role will define, document and develop reports and processes to improve workflow and insure highest quality standards are being achieved. The team works closely with internal and external partners to deliver key strategic projects, manage applications and enhance Client Services processes. As part of the Client Services team, you will work with large, complex databases handling both ad hoc and regulatory reporting and analysis. You will be cross-trained on systems to support Med D, Government and Commercial claims including composition and workflow technology. An ideal candidate has the ability to work on technology and business projects, analyze complex processes, define and implement industry leading solutions to improve the customer experience.

Additional responsibilities of the Operational Data Analyst include:

Developing publications, reports and solutions based on specifications provided

Testing and verifying the information and outputs being reported for Assigned projects

Analyze and recommend modifications to publications and reports

Participating in client meetings and audits as needed, to provide further details about reporting results and findings

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years defining, developing, and creating member correspondence

- 2+ years of experience in a health care management company

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with letter composition application (Pitney Bowes)

- Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) and/or Healthcare experience

- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
