Job Description The PrintProduction Manager is responsible for managing a team of non-exempt employeesacross multiple departments in CVS Health's print production center. Our centerprints and distributes material for of CVS' retail stores in addition to needsof the overall enterprise. In this role you would be responsible for theday-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the production facility.
Your keyresponsibilities will include:
-Supervise day to day operations to ensure proper workflow
- Promote safe working conditions through and ensure all proper safety practices are followed
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain productivity and quality
- Analyze production data to identify trends and develop long range plans
- Promote quality across all shifts Hire, train, develop and manage staff to meet department and company objectives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience Preferred Qualifications -5+ years manufacturing experience in a printing and packaging environment
-Previous experience in multi-shift department
-Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or World Class Manufacturing
EducationBachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
