This role is a 30 hour full time role. Shift is Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 3:00pm to 1:30am.

The Dispensing Pharmacist applies professional judgment in the interpretation and dispensing of patient medication in compliance with the state and federal laws that govern the practice of pharmacy.
Dispensing of drugs includes the packaging, preparation, compounding and labeling of drugs.
May provide oral and written information to both patients and physicians and perform drug regimen review.
May be required to receive oral prescription drug orders and reduce them to writing, and may contact physicians as appropriate (or oversee others’ contacting physicians) for clarification of prescription information.
Position will be trained in the function of Product Verification and may be required to train in additional professional functions such as: Quality Assurance, DUR, and Dr. Calls .


Required Qualifications
5 or more years experience as a licensed pharmacist in a retail, PBM or other clinical setting.
Pennsylvania pharmacy license required
active and in good standing.


Preferred Qualifications
Prior PBM experience is welcomed.
General knowledge of mail order pharmacy operations is desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, grammar and listening) and experience using MS Office and other Windows based applications.


Education
Bachelor's of Pharmacy or PharmD required.
Pennsylvania pharmacy license required
active and in good standing.
