CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our Business Compliance Team as a Long Term Care Business Compliance Senior Manager. As the LTC Business Compliance Senior Manager you will partner with internal business groups to lead investigations as they relate to the corporate integrity agreement. As the LTC Business Compliance Senior Manager you will act as the Business Compliance Officer for the Omnicare Long Term Care Division. As the LTC Business Compliance Senior Manager you will take the lead on all compliance related investigations as well as ensure business compliance with all relevant state and federal mandates.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• Long term care operational experience.
• Compliance knowledge of areas such: AKS, Inducements, contacts and arrangements, billing and adjudication.
• Ability to acquire expertise in new topics quickly and be able to adjust to a fast changing operating model.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of combined experience with long term care operational experience and/or business compliance experience.
- Minimum of 1 year project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience conducting compliance investigations.
- Prior Long Term Care management experience.

- Bachelors degree required.
