Job Description
The Inventory Consultant - Senior works cross functionally corporately, as well as directly with store and field management to diagnose and resolve inventory related issues. In addition, the individual partners closely with Operations, Merchandising, and Inventory to identify opportunities and support inventory programs. The Inventory Consultant - Senior has expert knowledge of the JDA, Promo, Seasonal and DSD processes, as well as systems and applications that support store level inventory management .

Required Qualifications
1+ year experience of retail management experience
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL a plus
Proven high performing as evidenced by consistently high
performance reviews, strong store performance, and exceptional customer
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a
cross functional team
Expert knowledge and understanding of front store management
systems as well as store systems applications
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to identify
and utilize appropriate data, and think creatively to overcome obstacles
Comfortable shifting between multiple and competing priorities
within a dynamic environment with an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to collaborate with business partners across the
organization, and with all levels of management
Ability to clearly communicate (both orally and in writing)
information as appropriate based on audience
Strong organizational and time management skills

Capacity to travel periodically to stores throughout the company

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Merchandising a plus)
