In this role you work within a strategic product development group as a vital contributor in the development of Pharmacy products and services that improve patient adherence to medications.

You will lead delivery of entire work streams to support initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company and have a real impact on patient health outcomes. Specifically, you will be engaged in leading the development and implementation of new product/service offerings already committed for deployment, as well as
solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support the future growth of the company.

Responsibilities include:

Support solution development, including the definition and implementation of system specifications that comprise new products.

Develop, own and execute project plans to deliver business results on-time and on-budget

Manage the work of cross-functional teams who play roles in the development, testing and deployment of product work streams.

Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure all product requirements are met

Use retail pharmacy and/or product development experience to seamlessly integrate new products into CVS pharmacy, including hardware, software and change management.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of retail pharmacy or other Healthcare experience
1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point) including ability to build an manipulate excel spreadsheets
1+ year experience delivering presentations for internal audiences, including senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal skills-including ability to build and deliver formal presentations
Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and follow-through with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and participate on multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve on time results
High energy and works with sense of urgency to deliver results
Interest and ability to apply scientific approach to business problems
Knowledge of CVS policies and procedures including pharmacy workflow, scheduling, inventory, training, metrics and reporting
Ability to mine data and report findings to inform business decisions
Previous experience building and leading teams with diverse experiences and skill sets
Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions in line with organizational strategic vision

Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree preferred
