Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Test Performance Engineer responsible for monitoring and gathering metrics using IBM iDoctor during test executions and assisting with documenting and interpreting test results. In this crucial role, you will be responsible and accountable for measuring and reporting performance of our RXClaim application, aong with monitoring the conformance to approved CVS Health IT standards.

In this role, you will function as a part of a team testing applications having a complex web architecture containing a broad range of technologies and back-end systems including IBM iSeries/AS400, AIX, IBM iDoctor, DB2, and SQL. Additionally, you will perform data analysis, planning, risk, take on complex technical situations, and work independently when necessary to complete assignments.


Additional Responsibilities Include:

-Design and implement testing processes and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies necessary to deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-free system(s) in an on-time and cost-effective manner.
-Report significant performance issues and aid in driving solution-to-application development team.
-Analyze test results from a technical standpoint and the ability to isolate performance issues prior to raising issues to the development team for resolution.
-Add new value to the continuous advancement of current processes.
-Lead assigned team programs and mentor junior resources as needed and partner with project teams in executing automated and manual testing strategies.
-Work cohesively performance engineers in script, scenario design, and development.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of experience in leading concurrent application development projects and SDLC.
-Experience with AS/400, DB2 and SQL


Preferred Qualifications
-Professional written and verbal social skills
-PBM industry experience
-Experience with RX Claim


Education
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems , IT, or closely related technical field OR High school diploma/GED accompanied by adequate years of related work experience.
