Job Description
The VP of Marketing Operations and Media oversees and manages the Marketing Operations function, driving operational best practices for the execution of all marketing initiatives to maximize efficiencies, reduce costs, prioritize projects, manage resources and minimize risks. This Marketing Executive also leads and drives best practices in the Strategy & Execution of all Paid Media in the delivery of Enterprise objectives, as well as overseeing and manages the expense budget and P&L for the entire marketing organization.

Proven ability to drive positive performance through people, process, technology and analytics.This leader will be experienced leading change - organizationally, procedurally, technologically

Visionary Change agent – This leader must successfully challenge the status quo – to always rethink and evolve how things are done to drive continued growth and efficiency. The ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems, forge new paths for growth, and achieve challenging goals will be critical. He or she will demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when faced with challenges and obstacles.

Strong executive presence and communication skills: this executive will be capable of influencing and driving collaboration at all levels within the organization. Proven ability to influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to drive meaningful change and innovation

Collaborative Thought Partner: The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence and an exceptional
ability to collaborate and partner with other business teams and executives.
