Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Advisor of Medical Specialty Analytics to lead the development of advanced
Novologix analytics that will provide key insights to clients, leadership, product teams, marketing, sales, and key internal partners.
This newly created role requires strong expertise in medical claims data analysis, including the analysis the specialty
drug infusions and associated utilization management programs.
You will build prototypes of analyses to solve complex issues, refine this work through feedback from subject matter
experts, and work with partners within Enterprise Analytics to implement scalable client solutions.
In addition, you will work with key partners to build, prioritize, and execute an analytics roadmap and provide regular updates to leadership that are both concise and comprehensive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare analytics leader who wants to build new analytic capabilities
with high visibility to leadership. You will lead deep substantive problem solving sessions with SMEs to present and
vet methodologies and findings. You will use your awesome social skills to influence and obtain consensus amongst stakeholders and be able to work in a matrix environment.
Leading discussions with leadership and key partners in the development, prioritization, and communication of the
Novologix Analytics roadmap.
Collaboration required with stakeholders from sales, legal, product development, underwriting, information technology, enterprise analytics, client solutions, operations, account management, and senior management.
You will drive cross-functional teams in the prototyping of new analyses, methodologies, dashboards, and reports that
generate valuable insights for clients, product owners, account teams, and leadership.
You'll provide tactical leadership and collaborate with key partners within Enterprise Analytics and Information
Technology to scale-up analyses, reports, and dashboards from prototyping efforts. This includes driving forward
roadmap initiatives and providing subject matter expertise on medical claims, Novologix data, and analytic methodologies.
You'll oversee development and maintenance of necessary tracking documents to capture and communicate the
status of projects on the analytic roadmap.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience with medical and pharmacy
claims data in support of healthcare reporting and analysis.
Minimum of 7 years querying medical and pharmacy claims
datasets using SQL or SAS.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership in identifying, assessing
and resolving complex business problems/issues/risks and facilitating
issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Minimum of 3 years' experience leading analytic resources responsible for
prototyping analyses, data gathering, requirements analysis, test case
development, and results validation
Minimum of 2 years of experience building
and facilitating presentations to various audiences:
technical, non-technical and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to influence and obtain consensus amongst stake
