Job DescriptionAs a Campaign Targeting - Operations Analyst, you will execute data pulls and report creation to support daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client and audit CTM/GRV reporting needs. This will primarily be done through the use of Excel and will require a thorough understanding (in place or gained) of Medicare Part D and the CTM/GRV process. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
In addition, you will be responsible for: -Organizing your day to prioritize multiple reports -Downloading data from a Med Hoc system -Generating your own reports and doing in-depth analysis on themRequired Qualifications-1+ years of experience in the health care industry
-1-3 years of experience or a combination of compelling education and experience in highly regulated environment such as finance, health care or health insurance
-1-3 years of experience in one of the following areas: healthcare industry, pharmacy or government sectors, or information technology
-1-2 years of using Microsoft Excel at a moderate to advanced level
-Ownership and results driven/critical thinking/problem solving skills, research capabilities and customer focus
-Aptitude for mathematics, ability to partner and collaborate with other business units
-Able to handle high volume of request with defined turnaround times - while maintaining excellent quality
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Flexible and willing to adapt to change, demonstrated ability to learn and adhere to policies and procedures, effective planning and prioritization
-Work successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skillsEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree preferredBusiness Overview
