Job Description
The role is responsible for managing all support activities for the President & CEO, encompassing a wide range of activities including management of a complex calendar and scheduling requirements,tracking key deliverables, leading the coordination of domestic and international travel, expenses and budgeting, project coordination, and document review. As the CEO Executive Assistant, you will have overall oversight and coordination responsibilities for the team of Executive Assistants who support the executive leadership team of CVS Health.


- Act as the face of CVS Health to all external constituents by promoting our values and representing the culture of the company
- Sounding board, confidant and conduit to keep the executive well informed and help facilitate his/hers decision making
- Plan and coordinate external facing meetings, including outside vendors, government officials and other senior leaders across multiple industries
- Calendar gatekeeping, prioritizing and providing recommendations on scheduling conflicts
- Research and compile briefing documents in preparation for meetings
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities
- Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- May attend senior level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items
- Assist in document management, compilation, distribution and storage
- Identify issues for escalation and keep in constant communication with others to ensure exec is well informed
- Total travel coordination including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, visas and other travel documentation
- Team expert and go-to person for general requests and questions directed to the executive leadership team and advise/directs other executive assistants as needed
- Lead the Executive Assistant team and ensure adequate coverage is maintained through proper scheduling
- Ensure high quality administrative support is consistently delivered by the team
- Motivateand drive positive morale among the administrative team


Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting the top executive of a company (CEO or equivalent) with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic & international travel coordination, etc.

- Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience leading other Administrative staff and effective leadership skills including holding others accountable for results and improving team morale

- Demonstrated success working in an ambiguous environment

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining commitment to deadlines

- Demonstrated success using business judgment to help drive key deliverables of the business

- Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and use independent judgment

- Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills
