Job Description
As a Learning & Development Advisor - Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing training strategies and solutions by partnering with business units (individual contributor through executive)across the enterprise. You will work with and support CVS Health employees,from the individual level through the executive level. You are is responsible for complex enterprise initiatives by collaborating with multiple partners(e.g. Legal, Ops, Marketing, Regulatory, Compliance) to define training strategies, including design, development, implementation and evaluation plans.

As part of this dynamic team, you will partner and align yourself with the appropriate business units and partners (i.e., retail, Minute Clinic, Omnicare, HR) to inform, influence and recommend specific training solutions.

This position will be located in Woonsocket, RI or work remotely.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Collecting and synthesizing information from many diverse sources, both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate and/or inform training strategies.
- Creating presentations of training strategies to facilitate comprehension and alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Leading the design process, including: meeting the project budget, designing and running the project plan, scoping and mitigating risk, collaborating with the clients (individual contributor to executive) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Designing and developing individual training solutions.

Required Qualifications
8+ years experience or relevant experience in training and development including training strategy and instructional design experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and influence others.
- Strong leadership capability.
- Strong communication ability – verbally and written.
- Strong instructional design competencies.
- Ability to adapt and react quickly to problems and quickly identify and implement resolutions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Bachelor's degree required.
