Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for advanced administrative support for senior management and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sounding board, confidant and conduit to keep the executive well informed and help facilitate his/hers decision making
- Plan and coordinate external facing meetings, including outside vendors, government officials and other senior leaders across multiple industries
- Calendar gatekeeping, prioritizing and providing recommendations on scheduling conflicts
- Research and compile briefing documents in preparation for meetings
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities
- Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- May attend senior level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items
- Assist in document management, compilation, distribution and storage Identify issues for escalation and keep in constant communication with others to ensure exec is well informed
- Total travel coordination including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, visas and other travel documentation

Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience supporting executive leadership with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic & international travel coordination, etc.
· Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Demonstrated success working in an ambiguous environment
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining commitment to deadlines
· Demonstrated success using business judgment to help drive key deliverables of the business
· Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and use independent judgment
· Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
