Job Description
Among the Senior Analyst - Contract Operations key responsibilities are monthly guarantee reporting, financial reporting, which includes but is not limited to reconciliation of payments made through financial systems as well as identifying potential future risk based on past performance. Additionally, the Senior Analyst - Contract Operations must be able to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement either operationally or contractually as well as to estimate probability of guarantee failure.

The
Senior Analyst - Contract Operations is also responsible for reviewing Performance Guarantee requirements in Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Renewals (RFRs) for prospective and existing clients and providing a response within the pre-determined due dates.

This
Senior Analyst - Contract Operations position requires working with business owners to review guarantees and assess risk, obtaining operational approval of non-standard guarantees, obtaining operational results and evaluating the data to ensure it is relevant and reliable as it relates to the respective guarantee. The position is responsible for interacting with, and resolving sales, legal, operational business owner and client concerns and issues, via telephone and email, ranging from routine to complex, as they relate to establishing and measuring of performance metrics and our contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional work experience required. Experience specifically coming from finance, accounting, or other related fields strongly preferred
- 2+ years of MS Excel experience
- 1+ years of MS Access experience, either academically or professionally


Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of the PBM/Medical Industry
- Detailed understanding of financial statements
- Strong customer service orientation skills
- Strong quantitative and systems skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills required.
- Prioritization skills to effectively ensure all proposal and reporting obligations are met on time with accurate results.
- Flexible and responsive to unexpected requests and be able to adhere to both known and unexpected deadlines with quick turnaround.


Education
Bachelor's degrees strongly preferred. Verifiable HS Diploma or GED required.
