Job Description
As a Senior Training Consultant you will support the Learning and Development team with the writing of job aids, reference guides, work instructions, and learning curriculum. Using initiative and creativity, the Sr Training Consultant partners with Benefits subject matter experts to analyze training needs, design a solution, develop the training materials, and evaluate the success of the training materials with the goal to impart performance objectives, drive critical business goals, and facilitate a compliant culture. The Senior Training Consultant also works collaboratively within their team as well as the trainer population to cultivate subject-matter-expert (SME) relationships and support the Learning and Development team.


Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of RxCLAIM experience
- 3+ years working in an operation environment
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent writing skills with a proven track record of attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Works independently with proven project management capability
  • Previous experience documenting internal processes to support the business
  • Ability to learn new software or methods of communicating metrics and performance
  • Ability to obtain, review, analyze and compile information from multiple data sources
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and identify potential issues and/or opportunities for problem solving
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership and soft skills
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong, positive, confident attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of contact
  • Ability to analyze needs and propose solutions
  • Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm and ownership of personal development
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence by communicating professionally and effectively to build trust and partnerships


Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
