Job Description We have a great opportunity tolaunch a career in a pharmacy operation setting as an AdministrativeShipment Confirmation Specialist . You will support the branch with a variety of administrative tasks, mainly focusing onconfirming patient shipments in our patient management system. Must haveexcellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computerskills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.
* Confirm patient demographics and all items shipped toresidence.
* Collect shipment slips and confirm within 24 hours.
* Check inventory and insurance information foraccuracy.
* Research discrepancies
* Confirm all confirmations with zero errors at the endof each month.
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position andis NOT through an agency. Typical workhours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9 :00AM – 6:00PM , with an opportunity for over-time per business need.
Use your newly acquiredhealthcare training or current administration knowledge and customer service skillsto make a difference in a patient’s life by ensuring shipments are accurate andreceived on schedule. You will gain exposure supporting a multitude of aspectsin the healthcare field, such as nursing, pharmacy, warehouse, clinicalsupport, and sales.

Required Qualifications* Minimum 1 year administrative
* Proficient to advanced PC
skills including MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
