Job Description The Application Development Senior Advisor is responsible and accountable for the quality and cohesion of solution architecture components within PBM and Benefits Automation business, and its underlying Benefit Automation technology. A track record of innovation with the capability to overcome any hurdles encountered in a very timely manner is key. Will require strong RxClaim knowledge/data structure.
You will ensure alignment of IT solutions with the business goals and objectives of the supported unit. You will serve as a senior application architect providing industry leading technical direction and guidance to the development teams to ensure appropriate and cost effective application of CVS Health approved technologies. You will provide solutions and design complex functionality, define technical solutions, and documents within the RxClaim application. You will lead assigned team programs and mentor junior resources as needed. You will help define standards guidelines, and aligning solutions to the application architecture.

- 8 years of professional IT experience
- 5 years AS400 experience
- 3 years experience leading IT Applications Development and requirements gathering
- 3 years experience leading the design and development of a new application from scratch
- 3 years familiarity with Informatica, Business Rules Engines and Agile approach to development
- 3 years experience with multiple automation projects
- 3 years experience with providing complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at various levels
EducationBS in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or closely related technical field. Business Overview
- ETL Informatica knowledge or willingness to learn and lead a team
- Experience with MS ACCESS
- Experience on drug data translation/migration
- 5 years experience with PBM Claim processing and Benefit Automation Systems
- Working knowledge of IT application Systems, projects and services Strong familiarity with client implementations
