This team has responsibility for crafting and implementing a comprehensive, customer-centric and streamlined business within Omnicare, providing new programs and services that meet current and future customer needs. It has ownership over all activities related to the design, testing and launch of the new products, including integrating other CVS Health business units and capabilities. Omnicare is a CVS Health company and the best-in-class provider of pharmaceutical services to the Long-Term Care industry, with the capability to transform the industry by using its experience with the assets and innovation of CVS Health.
In the Advisor role on the Senior Living Operations Strategy & Design team you will focus on using analytics to diagnose customer needs, develop financial and operational models, and drive design insights to enhance the organization’s performance. The day-to-day experience of the role will vary – aligning key partners and leadership, conducting root cause analysis, discovering customer needs, and crafting, testing, and launching new product / service concepts. This position requires tight-knit collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross-functionally and influence our pharmacy teams, field leadership and internal business partners. You will need to have strong independent leadership skills, as well as analytical and communication skills.
Specifically, the Advisor will be responsible for:
- Independently designing and developing customer-centric operational programs, services and processes to drive
- Translating business needs into hypotheses and analytical plans to inform assumptions
- Presenting and articulating conclusions and recommendations to the leadership team
- Preparing material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise
- Running program pilots and designing system requirements
- Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to get results and resolve issues encountered by the team, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary
- Tailoring solutions to the specific requirements of the customer and constraints of delivery timelines
Required Qualifications - 3+ years of product development experience diagnosing customer needs and crafting value propositions and business models to meet them
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting role that involved analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of retail pharmacy or health care design experience
Education - Bachelor’s Degree required
