Job Description The Supply Chain Strategy Analyst is a cross-functional role focused on leading the execution and implementation of various omni channel supply chain strategies and the successful program management for new, closing and relocation stores.
Day to day responsibilities include, managing demand and supply forecasts for business channels outside of the front store, analyzing and refining safety stock parameters to ensure highest levels of in stock and fulfillment, management and execution of seasonal and promotional programs for new/closing/relo stores and managing a various ad hoc analyses that support the front store portfolio.
A successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with business partners to drive cross-functional achievement. The individual must be an independent leader with the ability to re-prioritize workload while achieving deadlines. In addition, the individual must have strong analytical and communication skills to manage questions and the needs of business leaders at all levels.
Required Qualifications 3+
years of Microsoft experience
years of database experience, preferably with SQL
Preferred Qualifications Ability to diagnose problems, seek insights beyond the immediately obvious, and recommend practical solutions
Ability to engage, work and lead in a cross-functional project team environment
Strong leadership skills and accountability for results
Prior database experience, preferably SQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Offices Suite and database software
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and modifying priorities while achieving deadlines
Ability to collaborate across a variety of business units
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
