has developed a clearly defined strategy for the future. The Director of Product Innovation will lead the development and execution of key growth initiatives within the Transform Care product portfolio, a program focused on
improving clinical outcomes for patients with chronic conditions.

As the Director of Product Innovation, you will be developing the road map for Transform Care, which includes initiatives to improve the clinical offering for diabetics, expanding into new market segments, and developing programs and offerings for patients with other chronic conditions. Working with key partners across the organization, you will design solutions that leverage and integrate CVS Pharmacy, Minute Clinic, and other enterprise assets.

We believe CVS is well positioned to compete and win in this omni-channel world by leveraging our 9600 stores and 80 Million ExtraCare members and other digital assets.
Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

Set the vision for the Transform Care product portfolio in 2018 and beyond
Execute pilots and new product roll-outs in support of Transform Care roadmap
Develop robust business cases to support and prioritize new concepts and opportunities

Provide thought leadership into the design of alongside other key leaders and stakeholders within the business
Analyze internal and external data sources in order to identify, refine and size potential growth opportunities
Identify, create, and develop new concepts and opportunities that are aligned to the future state vision
Manage a team aligned to Transform Care goals and objectives
Engage and influence leaders across CVS functions in order to build alignment around Transform
Care strategy vision, design and implementation

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in product, marketing or strategy consulting within a client services client-focused
· Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams with direct and indirect reports
Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project
team-oriented environment
Flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem structuring and
solving skills – including data structuring, quantitative reasoning, and
implications development.

Exceptional interpersonal and
stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with internal customers at
all levels.

Exceptional communications
skills (both verbal and written), with experience presenting to audience across
all levels

Prior consulting/services
experience is strongly preferred and a significant plus


BA or BS required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
