As a Senior Manager within the Pharmacy Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team tasked with identifying and developing new, innovative ways for CVS to save patients money. Your key focus areas will include leading a cross-functional effort to develop a robust pipeline of future growth opportunities, as well as driving step change improvements across programs that already exist, including our pharmacy rewards program.
Specific responsibilities include:
Oversee all aspects of three-year strategic roadmap from goal definition and research through solution generation, testing, sizing, and implementation
Partner with key functions such as Enterprise Analytics, Corporate Strategy, Customer Insights, Loyalty & Personalization, and Marketing, as well as other program owners to develop net new tactics and prioritize growth initiatives within existing portfolio
Deliver flawless execution of pharmacy loyalty program by establishing and maintaining strong operational oversight, aligning with all required stakeholders and proactively driving growth opportunities
Drive actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative research
Lead assessment of competitive space and evaluation of potential B2B partnerships

You will have a passion for data-driven insights and will be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.
Required Qualifications 5 + years of leadership experience within product development, strategy, operations, management consulting or related field 2+ years of experience leading growth initiatives, including piloting and business case development Preferred Qualifications Ability to flawlessly execute and drive growth from programs across varying degrees of maturity
Ability to guide analytical agenda and to draw actionable insights from data
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Retail pharmacy and/or healthcare experience a plus
EducationBachelor's degree required
