Job Description
As a member of the CVS Health Construction and Property Administration team, you will be exposed to many different aspects of the design and construction process.You will manage the coordination, planning, and implementation of new and remodel construction projects for the Enterprise. As well as Coordinate and implement new construction through development of the project budgets and schedules, management of construction documentation, coordination to obtain permits, bidding, contract review, change order resolution and construction administration. You will also implement remodel construction for various scopes identified for the retail and non-retail environment, including budget and schedule management, coordination of construction personnel, reporting and project closeout.


Required Qualifications
-5-8 years proven construction management experience including standards and costs.
-Ability to Manage multiple projects ranging in size and complexity.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead others and work with cross-functional teams
-Must be a self-starter with good communication skills and ability to work in Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft project management.


Preferred Qualifications
Proven work experience in construction management.

Education
High School or GED, plus equivalent work experience.
