Job Description
Responsible for all functions related to physical handling of orders and electronic order creation. Strong research and problem solving abilities are required to troubleshoot orders and processes. General areas include: Problem and exception order research and resolution, reporting, order creation including Doc Prep, Scanning, Data Perfection and Order Entry. Knowledge of all ROCC/Order Entry processes is required. Support and demonstrate solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Conduct random process audits of Order Processing Clerks and provide feedback to management. Assist Supervisors in management of workflow by monitoring queues and making changes via WMG. Investigate and trouble shoot errors, issues and escalations. Participate in Project Teams and represent our site on conference calls/meetings when needed. Assist in the creation of work instructions or training facilitation. Must possess flexibility, patience and excellent communication skills. Hours will be 5:00AM to 2:30PM (ROCC) or 8:00AM to 4:30PM (OE)

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a data entry environment. Possess strong knowledge of all ROCC/Order Entry Functions. Must have strong communication skills and possess class facilitation skills. Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must be a proven self starter and have the ability to stay flexible in a dynamic environment. Must possess strong windows experience to include excel, word and power point. Ability to motivate others to achieve a common goal. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to process analysis and presentation delivery.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
