As Manager, Omnichannel Pharmacy Business Planning you will support the work to define the digital roadmap for
accelerating growth in Retail Pharmacy and Omnichannel Fulfillment roadmap. You will work closely with Retail and Digital business partners to identify short-term and long-term opportunities, build business cases, help gain senior
leadership support and track projects from concept to pilot implementation.

Support business planning for Retail Pharmacy and Omnichannel Fulfillment digital projects by partnering with
project leads and cross-functional teams to identify unmet customer needs, design actionable digital solutions, build business cases and ROI models, and prioritize investments decisions with senior leadership

Proactively identify new insights using customer research and market analyses to support the Retail Pharmacy and
Omnichannel Fulfillment vision

Partner with the Digital Strategy & Business Development group to translate long-range direction into 1-2
year priorities

Heavily support Digital teams with budget planning and interfacing with Finance

Partner closely with analytics team to establish relevant scorecards, metrics and measurements to support the broad
digital front-store strategy

Track projects to measure value delivered vs. plan, and year-to-go forecasts so as to ensure projects are on track and adjust expectations and forecasts as needed



Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in a strategy/business planning role with experience in problem resolution, developing and communicating
a sound business plan both written and orally, and developing high-quality high-output PowerPoint communication.

- hands-on experience tracking project deliverables and year-to-go forecasts.

- 3+ years in an analytical role requiring synthesis of goals and vision into an actionable plan of attack.



Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IT/digital project management and/or product development (ideally with consumer-facing digital products)

- Experience with financial reporting in the context of a large organization

- Management consulting experience



Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required, Masters preferred
