Job Description The Analyst - Financial position requires an ambitious, motivated and eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 7 company. The position is a part of our Financial Operations department, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the cash-flow operations for CVS Health’s PBM business – Caremark. The Consultant will play an instrumental role in the success of our PBM Client Billing team, as we help people on their path to better health.
The candidate must be able to work individually, as part of a team, and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. Assist team members with client requests and ensure they are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner. They will work with clients and internal business partners on requests and issues related to their PBM invoices and/or financial reporting. The individual will be required to create and maintain audit documentation which will be reviewed my Management and provided to business partners as requested. They will be also be expected to initiate and lead projects which align with department goals.
The candidate will assist with team objectives, meet strict deadlines, and produce excellent results on a consistent basis. They will manage a case load compromised of various request types submit to Client Billing. This will include responding to internal and external inquiries and providing financial documentation to support findings. Reviewing manual billing requests, obtaining the necessary approvals, and processing the entry within our financial system. They will be expected to manage client specific invoicing and reporting processes as well as work with team members to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to address.
Required Qualifications - 2+ years experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- 1+ years experience in revenue cycle process environment
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with managing high volume work queue
- Experience with SaleForce.com and/or SAP, SAP HANA, SAS Query
- Self starter, goal- oriented, ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines. - Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, with experience using functions such as; PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, Macros, etc.
