Job Description
The Benefits Testing Advisor will be responsible for following:
Take full ownership and serve as subject matter expert for all benefit plan activities to include but not limited to Benefit Plans Coding, Client Implementations, Testing Benefit Plans, and present Test Results to Internal Benefits team and External Clients. Work through the various phases of the project until all issues have been resolved, cleanup complete and all reportable items are closed to the satisfaction of senior leadership. Build strong internal and external partnerships. Facilitate cross functional work groups and collaborate with Benefits and Implementation colleagues to ensure all parties understand and implement what is needed for accurate up and down stream processing. Actively participate on client calls. Act as a liaison between Information Systems and Implementations for issue resolution. Define benefits test requirements, create test plans, execute test scenarios, capture test results, present test results to all stakeholders. Create Heat Tickets and develop BSRs to alert internal partners of critical needs. Perform system validation and user acceptance testing to minimize financial exposure and customer disruption. Ensure processes meet internal and client audits. Develop process improvement initiatives in support of department efficiencies. Pinpoint areas of opportunity and training needs. Advise colleagues in performing set ups and testing for various benefit plan types in support of client requirements.

Required Qualifications

Strong RxClaim knowledge.

PBM and Healthcare knowledge.

Formulary and Utilization Management knowledge is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong Testing Process and Project management background.
Working knowledge of SQL queries and Claim testing tools

Bachelors degree with 5-7 yrs of experience. Equivalent experience can also be considered.
