Job Description
Responsible for the production, sortation, and distribution of all system generated forms (reports, store generated billing, labels, etc.) on a daily basis. Meet established deadlines to ensure the facility has the necessary documents required to process orders for the stores serviced by this facility.
Will provide coverage in the department on an as needed basis
· Perform various duties while operating all equipment (printers, terminal, PC,etc.) in a safe and responsible manner.
· Operate terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documents, to include reprints.
· Sort all documents produced and distribute to appropriate locations for pick-up.
· In the event of substantial “downtime” contact operations management and advise of all pertinent information. Re-prioritize the balance of the workload based on operational needs.
· Frequent overtime required, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily schedule.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Warehouse Management System operations.
· Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
· Professional telephone skills: ability to greet and professionally represent the organization to other CVS facilities and the various vendors who serve the distribution center.
· Basic reading, writing and formal e-mail communication skills
· Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
· Flexible hours that may include part time work up to and including overtime as needed
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Working knowledge of Cognos. Report
· Must be an independent and team orientated individual that is able to complete DC critical applications with little to no supervision
· Physical demands: This position has a lifting requirement of 60 lbs for 0% to 50% of the time. Other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping 34% to 66% of the time and walking/standing/climbing 0% to 33% of the time.
