The Digital Leadership Program offers a two-year training opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be. Analysts will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning to operations, analytics, and delivery across the CVS Digital portfolio. Program Highlights: - Full-time two-year program in which participants will hold important roles on cross-functional CVS Digital Teams supporting: Product Management, Analytics, Innovation, Digital Operations, Strategy, and User Experience. - Dedicated training (in person, virtual), mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership. - Program participants will be in the pipeline for future leadership opportunities across CVS Digital. Responsibilities: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support: New Product Development, Digital Product Adoption and Engagement, Business Case Development, and Ongoing Digital Operations and Analytics – 50% of time. - Support product managers and project managers throughout the full digital product lifecycle (from strategy development to deployment and reporting) through a multitude of activities including: Contribute to development of documentation (eg. Requirements, project plans), Support and Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Release Management, Track ongoing digital product KPI results – 40%of time Summarize key research/analysis findings or project updates and present to product managers and cross-functional stakeholders – 10% of time. Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications- Prior intern, co-op, project, or research experience in relevant areas (Retail, Healthcare, IT, Digital, Software). - Commitment to and passion for a career in digital, retail and / or healthcare. - Strong analytical and technical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Well-organized, entrepreneurial and able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision. - Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across diverse teams. - Ability to begin program in late June 2017 and commitment to 2-year program. - Demonstrated leadership experience inside/outside of the classroom. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. - Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer experience.Education
