Job Description CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager to join our dedicated team. As the Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager you will work closely and collaboratively with Customer Support Center departments and must maintain effective working relations with operating and executive management. You will play an important role in validating new and existing operational processes. As the Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager you must develop and execute and support department strategy and identify risk areas based on an assessment of available data as well as corporate and field feedback. The Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager will provide guidance based on their reviews to mitigate shrink risk. You will also be involved in the development and roll-out of new company programs and work with the departments involved to identify shrink risk opportunities. Based on the opportunities identified, you will need to influence stakeholders to implement effective shrink mitigation into the program and associated training. The Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager position is based in the Finance building in Rhode Island, but travel will be required based on needs of the business to the surrounding area and to locations throughout the United States.
The successful Operations Asset Protection Senior Manager will possess the following:
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with varying timelines to resolution
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with building compelling presentations
- Persuasive interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center colleagues)
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and to recognize and resolve issues
- Capacity to travel periodically to stores and other locations throughout the company to validate new and existing processes
Required Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of Operations and or Asset Protection Management experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Windows/Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications - Prior Project management experience strongly preferred, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with varying timelines to resolution.
Education Bachelors degree or equivalent tears of related professional work experience in combination with years of education may be considered in lieu of a degree. Business Overview
