CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor in our Specialty mail service pharmacy located in Milford MA. The primary responsibility of the Pharmacist Supervisor is to supervise staff and oversee the workflow of the Fulfillment Department to ensure prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service, exceeding company and customer expectations.

The Pharmacist Supervisor is also responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. Additional responsibilities include patient requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service and to exceed company and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications
* Proven ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership.
* Extreme accuracy, and attention to detail and data standards.
* Ability to effectively work in teams and coordinate work efforts
* Proven ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiencies .
* Minimum 4 years of pharmacy work experience with Management and/or Lead experience.
* Licensed Pharmacist in the state of MA

Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacist licensure in any/all of the following states: MA, WV, MD, TN, KY, AR, LA, MS, AL, NE, AZ,

Pharm.D or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
