This position exists to ensure the delivery test automation as part of ACOE team for automation of quality IT products. This role will be directly responsible for developing test automation for Functional, Regression, Shakeout and Build level using industry standard tools.
Required Qualifications3+ years of Quality Assurance Automation experience including the following:
Responsibilities will include performing test automation on the Web, API,Mobile and Legacy layer using industry standard tools like Selenium, SeeTest / Appium, CA DEVTEST and HP UFT. Ability to code fluently in JAVA, Python and advanced scripting languages. Act as core member of ACOE team to develop standardized modular,
re-usable and scalable test automation frameworks across multiple domains.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
Developing and leading automation testing strategies. Performing complex work
flow analysis. Acquiring and disseminating project information and quality
status to internal and external partners. Establish and ensure adherence to test
automation, standards, guidelines and methodologies. Able to manage a project
or a program to successful quality delivery. Develop automated functional and
automated regression Test Bed that would include test data preparation across
multiple applications. Research new tools in the test automation industry and
continue to contribute to automation best practices across the ITQA
organization. Develop training guides and work on training and mentoring QA and
DEV resources for automation framework, best practices across the organization
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation using Selenium automation tool
- Able to automate complex functional and regression test scenarios
- Extensive knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle in Agile and Waterfall
- Extensive knowledge of Automation Frameworks like keyword driven, page-object model using Selenium WebDriver
- Extensive knowledge of Java, GITLAB, MAVEN and build automation tools
- Strong understanding of Defect Workflow
- Able to work independently under high-pressure environments
- 3+ years of experience in leading IT Quality Assurance automation projects and testing including 3 years of experience with one of the tools Selenium, HP UFT , CA DEVTEST , Mobile Automation, SQL, SOAP UI and HP ALM required. Preferred Qualifications - Agile Automation Principles
- CI/CD using JENKINS
- Knowledge of BDD and ATDD concepts for Web Automation
- Healthcare Experience
A Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or closely related technical field and 2 years of experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree and 2 years of experienceBusiness Overview
