Job Description This position exists to ensure compliance to the Enterprise Data Masking Policy for securing sensitive data, PHI/PII, in lower environment platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and leading tactical and strategic adherence to sensitive data masking and testing strategies across the PBM organization. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to understand and deliver various test data scenarios on demand.
Position requires partnering with IT and Compliance stakeholders to identify DB2 and flat files for systems that contain PHI/PII data and to design or enhance system control files and routines using defined protocols for MVS and AS400 systems.
This position requires consistent alignment of technical solutions with the business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will serve as an Application Developer/Lead providing industry leading technical direction and guidance in the QL application area ensuring cost effective application compliance of targeted CVS Health technologies.
As part of the Enterprise Data Masking and Test Data Management team, you will be expected to be proficient in all critical functions of the application development and SDLC methodologies with an understanding of best practices to ensure that quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of quality assurance or developer experience
3+ years relational database experience, preferably in DB2 and MVS
1+ years data masking, data security, data audition, and data transformation experience.
Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience and a deep understanding of DB2 and MVS mainframe application development.
Knowledge of JCL
Knowledge and understanding of IBMi SQL experience
Candidate should be able to manage a project or a program to successful conclusion by ensure that
defined Masking strategies and processes are implemented in all aspects of project oversight (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate).
The role requires tracking data requests in systems of records, HPALM, for AS400 and mainframe masking and
ensure adherence to masking policy for new projects is followed

Education Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Will accept one year of work experience for each year of college not completed in addition to required years of experience.
