We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health (7 on the Fortune 500 list) for an internal management consulting role!

As an Advisor, you will be part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Product Innovation team. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

In this role, you will identify ways to optimize the programs and services that we offer to our clients and members
through customer targeting, increasing adoption, growing revenue and reducing costs. You will also evaluate programs
by determining market need and by investigating our enterprise capabilities to address the issue and capture economic benefit.


In addition, you will use your analytic abilities and strategic thinking to develop new ways to align the right clients with the programs that are the best fit for them.


Your proven record of constructing and
executing complex analyses to meet business needs will be critical to your success. This will require using your analytical, quantitative skills (including the highest level of attention to detail) along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. Your ability to navigate ambiguity while learning on the fly will set you up for success. It will require a high level of independent discernment and initiative, along with ability to collaboratively engage partners across the organization.



Required Qualifications

Must have 3-5 years of consulting or related high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models.

Previous experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software,
including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Proven track record constructing and executing complex analyses to meet
business needs.

Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty, and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems.

High level of independent judgment and initiative.

Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent.


Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.

Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines.




The ability and flexibility to travel is required.



Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's Degree in Health Care

Education
Bachelor's degree required. Will consider a combination of education and years of relevant
work experience.
