Job Description Millions of times a day, CVS Health is helping people on their path to better health - from advising on prescriptions to helping manage chronic and specialty conditions. This position will be a part of our MAC Pricing Team.
The MAC team is responsible for all aspects of MAC list maintenance. This includes creating new MAC lists and managing existing MAC lists, uploading MAC prices to the adjudication platform and all MAC related QC processes. The MAC team works closely with the Finance Guarantee team to help ensure client commitments are met by making MAC adjustments as appropriate.The MAC team is also responsible for reviewing and responding to all pharmacy MAC appeals and working with the Legal team to respond to any MAC related complaints from state agencies. In addition, the MAC team monitors pharmacy GER guarantees and making MAC adjustments as needed.The MAC team is also responsible for all MAC related reporting, including client and pharmacy reports.
This position will be responsible for supporting and implementing MAC price updates as well as quality assurance processes and workflows to ensure the accuracy of those updates.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage current price updates and quality assurance processes
- Develop new quality assurance processes as needed
- Identify and automate process improvements for MAC Pricing
- Implement and support new MAC lists
- Develop and support MAC related reporting Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience using MS Excel and/or Access experience.- 2+ years of data mining experience.- 1+ years of SAS experience.Preferred Qualifications - Experience with drug pricing
- Experience with Rx Claim
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Business Overview
